Q5: Is the soap business worth investment?

Have you considered the population of your country? A large population means a huge market for daily necessities like soap and toiletries.

As you know, soap is versatile. It cleans the body, removes dirt, kills germs, and washes clothes. It can also moisturize skin, eliminate odor, and help with skincare, which helps people maintain hygiene and stay healthy. This makes it a very popular and profitable product.

Furthermore, as people focus more on personal hygiene, the demand for soap keeps growing. It's a consumable item, used and replaced regularly. If the average person uses one bar of soap every 2-3 months, the total yearly consumption is massive.

Therefore, investing in a production line is a wise choice. It allows you to continuously produce soap and generate steady profits by meeting this constant demand.

Q6: What's the differences between two raw materials?

You can think of it as Flour vs. Wheat.

* Soap Noodle is the semi-finished material, just like FLOUR – it’s semi-processed. You can directly use it in our automatic production line to quickly ‘bake’ finished soap bars.

Advantages: good soap quality, high efficiency, minimal manual work

Capacity Options: 50kg/h, 100kg/h, 300kg/h, 500kg/h......

* Oil is like WHEAT – it’s the raw material. It needs saponification equipment such as a saponification tank to process it first, which involves manual steps and waiting time. It’s more hands-on and has a lower startup cost, but it’s not suitable for full automation unless you make a huge investment because saponification equipment is expensive.

Advantage: cheaper price, suitable for areas rich in oil

Capacity Options: 100L, 300L, 500L (the volume of oil used per batch)

If you prefer automation and high output, choose soap noodles

If you prefer low startup costs and don't mind manual steps, choose oil
