About Our Solution
Saponification
Saponification:
Raw oil and sodium hydroxide are mixed and heated in a saponification pot to form a soap base liquid.
Drying & Solidification:
The liquid is dried and cooled in a vacuum chamber, turning it into a solid.
Granulation:
The solid soap base is fed into a screw granulator to be formed into soap noodles.
