We share our technical expertise via E-Learning and dedicated guidance to help you unlock full equipment potential, operate safely and optimize machine performance in the long term.

On-Site Service

Years of machine expertise enable our technicians to accurately diagnose issues. We first strive to resolve them remotely via phone support. If a solution cannot be reached this way, we will promptly dispatch a STING technician for an on-site intervention to minimize your downtime and restore production.

Spare Parts Service

We provide spare parts lists for all production lines. To simplify maintenance, detailed installation videos and manuals are also available.

Each machine includes a set of free standard spare parts. We also offer optional paid spare parts that can be shipped together with the initial order—helping you minimize future downtime. All parts undergo strict quality control to ensure high performance and reliability.

Additionally, we offer model-specific critical parts lists based on our expertise, recommending essential items to prevent unexpected stoppages. Wear-and-tear components—such as seals, heaters, belts, and relay switches—are not covered under warranty, and a dedicated list for each machine is provided upon order. For any non‑human‑caused defects in other components, free replacements are guaranteed.
